Westfield's Got The Message


The Telemallaudio team has just completed a major rollout of a new Message on Hold systems for Westfield shopping centres throughout Australia.

Telemallaudio has been working with Westfield for more than 15 years and services 37 sites around the country. Over the past few years, we have worked closely with Westfield’s IT team to roll out our iProMOH units to coincide with their new CISCO phone system.

iProMOH is an advanced promotional on-hold announcement system which allows Telemallaudio to remotely diagnose any potential issues and resolve them before they become a problem.

The iProMOH interfaces with the internet and requires no intervention by clients. This means the unit can be updated from one server located anywhere in the world. Productions can be set to play at a predetermined time.

This technology actually provides two solutions in one: It is an announcer that can entertain and inform on-hold callers: and a public system for broadcasting music and/or messages to customers.

Westfield updates generic and local messages at its sites each month and Telemallaudio works proactively to ensure these are always up to date.

Telemallaudio liaises closely with Westfield staff, customising productions and message solutions for each site.
